• Items such as hijabs, undercaps, innerwear, and customized products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
• Discounted or promotional items may not be eligible for returns unless defective.

• Wrong Product: If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct one.
• Damaged or Defective Product: If the product has any manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement.
